Just a quick note from Frank about December’s Ride Around Town:

Join the Pack - Do the RAT!
Because of downtown merchant’s festivities in December, we’ll gather at 6:30 PM at Liberty Plaza.  Brrrr!  Nothing like a cold night ride in December to get the blood going, eh?  Mainstreet Merchants have got activities going from 7-9, so we’ll see more and be seen more if we have a later start.

I heard from Kris that there were eight riders again for the second RAT, but a different 8!  So if we can get everyone back, there’ll be 16!  And maybe everyone will bring a friend … that’d be, well, you do the math.

Just a refresher - this is a promenade in traffic, no race.  All riders in full regalia only (helmet, reflective gear, front and tail lights).  We obey all traffic laws and ride safely, that is, we’ll take the lane when appropriate and give parked cars a door’s width clearance.

Rain or … well no shine, but you get the idea.  We ride no matter what the weather brings

Any cyclists out there?  We need you!

I am working on my master’s project in the Urban Planning department,
