I thought you might be interested in an opportunity to help out with Bike Fest and Green Commute, which are happening in conjunction with the Mayor’s Green Fair on June 12^th from 6-9pm.  More info on the Green Fair is at a2gov.org/green.  Green Commute will showcase all types of transportation options (like Zipcars, buses, etc) and Bike Fest will focus specifically on bike-related activities and info.

We need volunteers for both general Green Fair help and Bike Fest specific help.  Here are the details:

General Volunteers for Green Commute and Bike Fest

General Volunteers Set Up: Need volunteers to help show exhibitors to their booths, close down streets, etc.  Shifts from 3:30-6:00pm
General Volunteers Clean Up: Need volunteers to help break down the Green Fair.  Shifts from 8:00-10:00pm

Bike Fest Specific Volunteers

Volunteers needed to help with the 4th Annual Bike Fest on Friday, June 12th! Bike Fest, held in conjunction with the Ann Arbor Green Fair, is geared at showcasing and celebrating Ann Arbor’s diverse biking community. Volunteers needed to help with set-up, clean-up, bike valet parking, helping with the smoothie bike station, and with the numerous contests. Shifts available between 3:30 and 10:00pm.
